How we communicate with one another was the subject of a recent animation produced by the Baha'i Office of Public Affairs.
Now, an accompanying toolkit has been released, which aids individuals and groups to reflect more deeply on the way we communicate, considering consultation as an alternative to more adversarial frameworks.
The toolkit is structured around quotations from the Baha'i writings. You are encouraged to watch the animation 'is the way we communicate working?' before reading through the toolkit, breaking to discuss the content where it feels natural. At the end of the toolkit, there are a number of questions to discuss.
